Want a pokeball as your shift knob? Ok!
This one is cut from titanium with a button machined to precisely fit into the side of the knob. The button doesn't actually function (too complicated, and loose components might rattle) but you can align the direction of it so the button will face you. For the Lexus ISF, this is made with M8x1.25 threads and screws onto the shifter.
