This shiftknob is hand-cut from solid Grade 2 Titanium. It is shaped similar to the OEM R8 knob but a bit taller to fit extra features inside it for the engraved inlay and alignement screw to set the engraving straight.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Solid Ti material gives a good, solid feel to shifting, approx 2X heavier than the original
- 1.65" diameter x 2.7" tall (Same diameter as the original, but a bit taller)
- 230 grams weight
- Brushed finish matches the interior very well
- Internal threading provides a quick screw-on installation (M8x1.25)
- If you have the auto version, it'll include 9/16-18 threads on the bottom for the post to screw into
