Focus/Fiesta Reverse Lockout Ring


This part is replicated directly from the stock Ford 6-speed parts. The reverse ring can be cut from either 6061 Aluminum, Brass, 303 Stainless Steel, or Grade 2 Titanium. This part helps to bring a more up-scale appeance to the interior, replacing the stock plastic reverse ring. Also, the stock plastic ring tends to break anytime it's removed. This item will not break.

REVERSE RING OPTIONS: (See generic examples below)

  • Choose between aluminum, brass or titanium
  • I do not make this part from copolymer/plastic because the OEM piece is plastic and it cracks upon removal sometimes.
  • Choose brushed, bead blasted, or one of several flame-finished color options
  • This item can be paired with a new shift knob for the ultimate shifter setup


NOTE: This product is designed to work perfectly with the stock shift lever.

NOTE: This item ONLY fits the new Ford Focus ST, Focus RS, and Fiesta ST cars. It does NOT fit the 2015+ Mustang or GT350.

-Remove knob, spring, and rubber disc
-Pull the shift boot out of the console and pull it up over the shifter
-You can now separate the black plastic yoke pieces from each other
-You can then pull off the lockout with the boot and one plastic yoke all still assembled
-Now use a metal tool to reach under the boot and depress the prongs on the plastic yoke and pull the lockout out of the yoke piece
-Then connect the new lockout ring to the boot and yoke in the same way (make sure it's lined up the same, it only fits together in one orientation
-Slide it back onto the shifter
-Connect the two plastic yokes together
-Put rubber stopper and spring into top of lockout
-Install shift knob
